We use the information submitted through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry, understand your needs, and, where relevant, follow up about our SAP supply-chain engineering services.

We retain the information submitted through the contact form for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and for a limited period afterward for record-keeping and follow-up purposes. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

To deliver your enquiry to our team, the contact form uses Resend, a transactional email delivery provider, solely to transmit the message you submit. No other third party receives the data you submit through this form.

Where this occurs, we rely on the safeguards made available by those providers. We do not hold any specific data-transfer certifications beyond what our providers themselves offer.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, but only after you actively accept cookies through the consent banner. If you decline, or take no action, no analytics script is loaded. When active, IP addresses are anonymized before being processed.
