Delivery Model

Specialist teams. Senior-led delivery. Engineering accountability.

We built ERP Factory around a simple idea: SAP supply chain programmes succeed when senior expertise stays close to the work, from architecture through cutover and support. No large pyramidal organisation between the client and the people doing the engineering — a specialist team, led by senior architects, accountable for the outcome.

Senior-led delivery

Senior architects and lead consultants scope our engagements, and they stay involved through design, build, testing and go-live — not just at kickoff before handing off to a delivery team they no longer oversee. Design decisions, technical trade-offs and go-live readiness are reviewed by the same senior people accountable for the outcome, which keeps architecture and delivery consistent from the first workshop to hypercare.

Specialist teams

We assemble teams around what an engagement actually requires — functional, technical, integration, testing — rather than defaulting to a large, layered organisation sized for overhead instead of delivery. That keeps teams smaller, more senior on average, and more directly accountable, because each person on the engagement is there to do specific, identified work rather than to fill a standard role on an org chart.

Architecture to execution

The same engagement covers design, configuration, development, integration, testing, cutover and support, without handing the programme to a different organisation — or a different set of assumptions — partway through. Architects who defined the target design are still present when it's built, tested and stabilised in operation, which removes the handover gap where intent gets lost between design and execution.

European proximity, scalable engineering capacity

We combine close working proximity with European clients — shared time zones, direct access to senior architects, on-site presence where the programme requires it — with specialist engineering and delivery capacity that scales to programme size. Nearshore engineering extends the team without diluting governance: senior architects and leads remain accountable for design and quality regardless of where a given piece of build or testing work is executed, giving clients cost-efficient delivery without sacrificing senior oversight.
